U.S. Export Regulations
Firearms, ammunition, and defence equipment sourced from U.S. manufacturers — including SIG Sauer, Smith & Wesson, and SureFire — are subject to ITAR and EAR controls. AE Tactical works within these frameworks, ensuring all exports are properly licensed and documented through authorised channels.
End-User Certificates
Government-backed End-User Certificates are issued for all controlled commodity transfers, providing manufacturers and U.S. export authorities with the required assurance of destination, end-use, and end-user identity.
Sanctions & Prohibited Parties
All transactions are screened against OFAC, UN Security Council, and applicable regional sanctions lists. AE Tactical does not transact with sanctioned entities, jurisdictions, or end-users under any circumstances.
Export Licence Coordination
Our team coordinates directly with U.S. manufacturers and the relevant export authorities to manage licence applications (DSP-5 / DSP-73 where applicable), ensuring lawful, timely delivery to Caribbean government clients.
